The founders started their careers in Torrevieja in 2002, and in 2008 they decided to start Next Casa 4u and opened the office in La Zenia. Since then, we have worked with thousands of customers to find the right home for the right buyer. “We are more,” as we usually say, means that we have a very good relationship with our customers who have purchased a property from us. Our after-sales service is well-known, and our communal barbecue evenings in the summers are well-attended.

We assist with all the legal aspects before the purchase, help with the installation of internet, TV, any alarm/lock changes. Our construction company helps our customers with renovations over the years, and we monitor the construction so that the customer doesn’t have to come down to check. We also have good contacts with furniture stores, air conditioning, and much more included in our support as long as the customer desires help.
